Privacy Statement

A.     You are not obliged to provide UMA with your personal data.? However, such provision is necessary so as to enable UMA to provide you with the services and activities.

B.     The purposes for which your personal data may be used are as follows:

1.      the daily operation of the services and activities provided to you;

2.      designing services and activities for members? use;

3.      researching services and activities;

4.      meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirement of any law binding on UMA;

5.      informing you of any services and activities which UMA believes may be of interest to users; and

6.      any purposes relating and/or regulations to above.

C.    Your personal data held by UMA shall be kept confidential but UMA may provide such information to:

1.      any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, or other services to UMA in connection with the operation of its activities;

2.      certain third parties in order for members to be kept informed of services or activities which UMA believes may be of interest to customers; and

3.      any other person or organization under a duty of confidentiality to UMA which has undertaken to keep such information confidential.

D.    You are entitled to request access to data held by UMA about you or your account and to update or correct such data.
